1. DESIGN & LICENSE BID
- Defined network architecture and dimensioning.
- Provided inputs to business case with TCO models (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Studied regulation and interconnect specifics.
- Wrote technical section of license application dossier.
- Participated to bid management (auction, beauty contest, mix).
2. BUILD
- Wrote RFPs and supported vendor selection.
- Refined HLD and developed LLD with technical partners.
- Supported network build, including datacenter build, radio and core network deployment and test, interconnect and roaming.
- Interim management (CTO and Enginering Director levels).
3. RUN
- Supported initial network launch and tuning.
- Supported service/resource management and operation across operations support and readiness, fulfillment and service assurance.
