1. PREPARATION
- Defined reference architectures for various industry needs (flavors for control plane, user plane and OAM plane) and typical dimensioning.
- Defined detailed technical, operational and security requirements (Core and Radio and integration of VoNR and PTT).
- Wrote the 5G Private Mobile Network RFI document and collaterals.
2. MANAGEMENT
- Issued RFI.
- Evaluated technical and commercial responses.
- Initiated Q&As with vendors and produced summaries for client.
- Summarized outcomes of bid defenses.
3. OUTCOMES
- Produced offer summary and comparison tables.
- Presented recommandations to client based on TCO, attractiveness and realizability of offers.
